Login Timeout Can't Log Back In

Well my graphics glitched up and pw window was completely black when i opened it back up after changing resolutions for my desktop. I had to then end task it to be able to close it and reopen, but now it refuses to let me log back in. I've been trying to log back in for the last 40 minutes or so and I still can't. The only thing I keep getting is:

Login timeout is 40 seconds ... then it counts to 20 and kicks me back to the login screen saying it can't connect to the server.

Is pw down right now or something the website says it's online?

EDIT: ok now it says on the website the servers are offline. PW can you please update that website a bit faster then 45 minutes?
