PK in Secret Passage (or similar zones)

okay, this belongs in both of the pvp server forums, so figured i'd post here since i cant post in both of 'em lol

basically, i'd like GM confirmation on whether or not PK'ing is allowed in zones such as Secret Passage. to clarify what i mean:

the PK is purely random, as in i'm not targeting a specific player, i'm simply killing random people as they are wandering around inside the place

i realize Secret Passage is a bottleneck for level 30s players to get to various quests, but it also is not a safe zone, therefore PK is implied as legal there. i just would like GM confirmation that RPK in SP and other similar locations (HT comes to mind) is a-ok so long as i don't multi-kill or "grief" any individual player.

if the answer to my question is more complex than a simple "yes, pk is ok" or "no, you cannot pk there", then by all means clarify for me, it would be greatly appreciated
