What are the skills worth leveling and using?
I usually level and use
Blazing arrow
The archer squad buff with the bird coming out of ur hand
Take aim
Barrage

Are there any other skills i should level or use?

I fully buff myself with all the buffs and my loop is
take aim -> normal shots till end

I use the wind and clouds slingshot, so i kill things pretty quickly.
Is there anything else i should know?

    Aim Low
    Wings of Protection

    Those are pretty much the skills that you want to level. Also, Barrage of Arrows if you plan on participating in Rebirths.

    Take Aim should be leveled to 10 when you get your 89 cultivation and Sage or Demon.

    Top 3, should ALWAYS be maxed:
    Blazing Arrow
    Bow Mastery
    Winged Blessing

    For PvE:
    Frost Arrow
    Winged Shell
    You really shouldn't need more than these, plus level 1 Knockback, for grinding. I can kill nearly everything up to several levels above using just Frost->Normals. Winged Shell is just for emergencies and mana regeneration.
    Sharpened Tooth Arrow for boss fights is usually appreciated by your squad mates, but not really critical.

    For PvP:
    Stunning Arrow
    Thunder Shock
    Lightning Strike
    Aim Low

    Barrage isn't worth leveling unless you are planning to do Rebirths/GV, or Territory Wars. The cost of leveling it is extremely high, and the damage isn't really that great when you consider the slow rate of fire (once every 3 seconds).

    Wings of Protection (squad buff) honestly doesn't help that much for PvE. Most mobs by the 60s are ranged magic mobs, which never miss.

    True, but by that point spirit and coin are easy to get, and all your important skills are already maxed. Plenty of time to get Wings of Protection maxed by then.

    Not to defend wings of protection but mobs 80+ are mainly physical, mat gathering on hell has shown me that too
