    Happens with certain computers. Dont know if its drivers, or certain gpus.

    The gray line? It not the Lobster, its the computer. Some computers show the line and others dont, not sure what causes it though.

    my computer? its a emachines w3503. What does the gray line have to do with my computer ?

    Different computers have different gpus, also different drivers. My comp, (using a hd4670 and latest drivers) has no problems with the lobster artifact.

    Those be called "artifacts" happens mainly due to computer hardware problems.

    people say it's could be caused by RAM, Video Card, and/or CPU. but me got that problem too with a different game/computer me swapped RAM & vid card but didn't fix it.

    and it wasn't software (because it showed up in different games as well)

    me "fixed" it because me was due for a computer swap (computer was near 15 years old.) yes me be old hamster. xD

    err me don't suggest swapping your entire computer just to get rid of a single gray line. (O.o)'

    The last time there was a major thread about this is over here (grabbed that link off a search, so the words lobster and line will likely show up bold and red).

    So far as I know, aside from either getting used to it or upgrading your computer, there's really no solution. Mind you, I could be wrong... You might want to get the information darthpada normally asks for (see post) and post that information to that thread, to see if your information can be used to fix the problem.

    Other than that, I got nothin'.
