    You have to link the pic to a image sharing site, not the file that's stored directly on your comp. The two most commonly used sites like this are ImageShack and Tinypic. Try uploading your pic to one of these two sites, then you can even put it directly into the post instead of just the link. Use the button in the toolbar above the area where you type your posts that has a mountain on it, then copy/paste the URL just like putting the link as you did before.
