Unable to proceed with update?

So I was playing, it was fine, and then my internet disconnected.
I reconnected, IE and Mozilla were both working normally
When I tried to re log into PWI under the two bars (blue and yellow)
It said:
"Client Running"
"Unable to proceed with update"

I have no clue as to how this problem occured, I'm sure its just come minor error. Help would be appreciated

Go to your desktop.

Right click on your taskbar and then choose taskmanager.

If you see elementclient.exe, click on it then choose end process.

IF this does not work try restarting your pc.
