Unable to proceed with update?

So I was playing, it was fine, and then my internet disconnected.
I reconnected, IE and Mozilla were both working normally
When I tried to re log into PWI under the two bars (blue and yellow)
It said:
"Client Running"
"Unable to proceed with update"

I have no clue as to how this problem occured, I'm sure its just come minor error. Help would be appreciated
