Payment Review?

Ok, what's up with this "Payment Review"? Same Debit Card I've always used, plenty of money in my account. And Pay Pal even took the 30 dollars from my bank account. And sent me the confirmation that the payment was successful.
But your site says "Payment Review". What is there to review if the money was transferred out of my account? And all the billing information is the same, same card, etc.
This is beyond me why your company would do this, and then only have customer support for Billing during a few hours in the day Pacific Daylight Time. This is an International game, and people play from far ranging time zones. Your billing should be 24 hours a day for issues like this, should they arise.

Mine has also been in review for about 12 hours now. Usually my transactions go through within a few minutes.0

Paypal has sometimes a (up to 24 hour) review process. While they took the money from you they haven't cleared it yet for PWE. As soon as it gets cleared by Paypal the PWE site will change away from Review.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

Well it's been almost 11 hours, and it still says Payment Review.
It's after 10am PDT and billing is not answering the phones. I get the same message that states their hours of operations. This is a bad way to treat customers, not having your Billing Department open when it should be.

It's been 25 hours for me and still "Payment Review"..b:angryb:angryb:angry0

You guys just need to practice patience and wait a little longer. The longest I have seen for these Payment Review's is up to 27 hours. Once the status of your transaction changes from Payment Review, you know that PayPal has concluded that part of the purchase and the process is moving forward. We have absolutely no control over what transactions go under this Payment Review so when a purchase has this status, it is a minimum 24 wait for the transaction to complete. I would advise that you factor this ahead of time since we cannot compensate for sales that were missed due to a transaction not being completed in time.-Your friendly neighborhood Shnuggs-

Well after spending an hour on the phone with PayPal's song & dance routine. My payment is still under review. Never again will I use PayPal if they are going to put a hold on money that they took from my account.
So to be safe and to be sure that I get what I pay for, I'll be using the cash card for my transactions in the future.
And in my opinion everyone should avoid using PayPal from here on out. If you want to get your ZEN in a timely manner.0
