I broke down and bought more pigments from the CS. Unfortunately, I didn't get the white I was looking for. I have enough that I can get one cream and replace the white, or I can just get the white. 1 for 1 trade, your choice of color. I will also be selling the other pigments, which I didn't want to do, but it's become a necessity now. My shop is at 528 653. Please post here or PM me in-game. I will update this post as often as necessary.

FINAL EDIT: I've traded the remainder of my pigments for one cream. Yes, that IS 22 for 1. I just got fed up after 11 hours. If anyone would like to trade a white pigment for a baby foxwing, I'll still do that trade, just pm me.
