Faction and Gamma

Hey guys

Have one or two things on my mind so I thought I'd pop on here and see if the wonderful people of sanctuary can help.

First, I'm looking to give rb gamma a try. I'm not exactly the most confident player ever b:surrender but I'm happy to listen to any and all advice and will try the best I can. Basically wondering exactly what I'll need item/skill wise and if there are any decent guides or videos I could check out. Also wondering if there are any gamma squads out there that would consider taking an inexperienced player along to learn the instance? ^^ My efforts so far at finding help have met with ridicule and/or being ignored

I'm a lv82 Axe BM, 6.9k hp unbuffed.

Secondly, I'm interested in a faction. My old one is a really nice faction, but the leader left several months ago and it's pretty much gone downhill and slowly inactive. =/ Basically looking for a faction that is...
-Active. Plenty of people on and a nice faction chat.
-At least has an interest in tw's, if not now then in the future.
-Runs frequent tt's, fb's, bh's, rb's, wb's, instances, events, whatever, ect. Basically a faction that enjoys frequent activity and challenge and fun rather than all day grind fest.
-Allows you to play and level at your own pace. Doesn't force you to pk or level fast.
-Very friendly and accepting with little drama.

Hmmm maybe you should give Coexist a try.
They got people from all level ranges but theyre not into PK are theyre really friendly. And they are one of the factions that wanna keep the fun in game not the high levels

Well, I'm not completely against pk. I actually almost never pk to be honest, but like everything else in-game it's something I'd like to learn and try more someday, same with tw's.
Also I don't like factions obsessed with high levels and leveling fast, but I am interested in trying out high level instances and bosses as I level, such as high level tt's, rb's ff, and world bosses and what not, as well as helping lower levels too. The way I see it is if you're going to play the game then you might as well enjoy everything it has to offer. Too many factions shy away from higher level game content and end up grinding and helping lowbie bosses/fb's pretty much indefinitely.

As for coexist, definitely sounds interesting and I'll probably at the very least give it a chance

Lol Im not really recruiting for them But theyre my factions allies and I got an alt over there so I know whats going on
They always take nice people in :P

Well u can come our faction, Enelysion which basically do or have wat all u mention esp TW,TT n FC daily and we have couple of guys doing PKin too and of coz we have plenty friendly n crazy ppl with a nice leader b:chuckle. If u interested, pm any Enelysion officer for more info in Sanc. b:pleased

If i were you I'd join one of the smaller TW factions, they seem active & do TWs like: Liquid, Lycan, Audemuos, , Crucibles etc.

about gamma...well u should talk with ur friends so u can get some exp.

about the fac...they r a lot of good factions outhere, Regi, Leg, NWO (if they still exist) Liquid, Dreaming, Crucibles, Lycans, Enelysion, Oz (i luv that name) Eminence...i had being in 3 facs till now, 2 small latin facs n Eminence, to b honest i never thougth to stay this longer, but ppl is so nice, mature, we dont have drama, maybe a couple of kids but its ok...very organized, a lot of exp players that came from nef, we do a lot of tts, rbs, activities (like last weekend bms touranment) wbs etc...besides my fac i know a few ppl in Enelysion that r pretty cool, n they r doing great in tws...but its up 2 u so gl

Thanks for the faction offers. I've been considering them for a bit, hate to leave my faction, some wonderful people there but sometimes it's just me online and declining all the time atm. =/ Just a question, but how strict are factions like enelysion rules-wise, like would I need to level fast, not miss any tw's, be experienced in pvp and charmed or just be active and do my best? Not too experienced with large factions and heard a lot of rumours so just thought I'd ask. Sorry to sound like a huge nub and thanks

Also thanks for the rb guide Minimus, helped a great deal. Pretty much clears things up for me on how to run it.

If you sign up for attending a TW, then we expect you to attend. You are not required to sign up for one.

We're all pretty inexperienced at PvP, so you wouldn't be unusual there. As for charms, they're a rarity at current gold prices.

And about Gamma. I sometimes do training runs, I can teach basically everyone, except Barbs and BMs. Although I might be able to get some of my partners in crime to join to teach you..
