[discussion of bans is not allowed, especially when you are not the account holder]

For being a respectful member of this community to the eyes of a player I point the following question to PWE or any legal representative in the defense of the aforementioned user amidst others who were also punished according to PWE rules:

Is the PWE contract a direct translation of the Chinese contract or the inclusion of null clauses is intended?

Note to moderators: It is intended to post this question through a public channel as I expect a public hence official response. The exposure of the penalty applied can be seen through normal forum usage.

    Our TOS is modeled after many other TOS terms (like many other game companies have) as outlined by a legal team.

    We still do not discuss reasonings or details about bans on the forums, as they are of a personal nature for a player's account info and status, and we do not make those public.
