Possible 79 skill upgrade in future?

Some of you might of noticed this but usually on skills that are upgradable there are few stats on it that are blue and it changes during upgrade, there's also these blue stats on sleep spell like the cooldown time and the mana consumed, do you guys think its possible that there will be some kind of update that allows mage sleep to be upgraded in future? It's also on undines strike range and mana consumtion but not on element shell.

    That would be awesome, but no I really really do'nt think that will ever happen...

    AOE undine, 20 Second sleep, Physical defence upgrade to "element" shell FTW. Oh, and I'll have fries with that as well please.

    Mana 600
    Channel Instant
    Cooldown 2minutes

    Undine Strike
    Range 27meters
    Mana 600
    Channel 1 second
    Cast 0.5 second
    Cooldown 1 second

    and Element Shell
    Mana 200
    Channel Instant
    Cooldown 30 seconds

    Regular upgradable skill level 9

    Gush
    Range 27.6meters
    Mana 129
    Channel 1.0 seconds
    Cast 1.0 seconds
    Cooldown 3.0 seconds

    so i got the idea that it might be upgradable in some future patch because of this, i might be wrong how ever even so a reduced cooldown time and range increase on sporphic whisper is really good.
