so at lvl 61 i got a quest reward Imperial Edict belt [which doesn't drop on death/non tradeable/cannot be discarded]

now i am lvl 80 and i got another quest reward sundown belt[which had same above bound attributes] which is better than that lvl 61 belt.

how do i get rid of that useless lvl 61 bound necklace,,plz answr me its urgent
