wouldn't "spirit orb" be cool

as i have now reached the stage where there are so many skills available for purchase, but so little spirit available, it has occurred to me:

wouldn't it be nice if you could purchase spirit in the form of "spirit orb" from the cash shop?

thinking about it, it will increase the cash income of pwe; mid lvl characters can get a chance to learn all the skills he/she desires; high lvl characters can use that spirit to help them with the sage/demond skills which cost millions of spirits; also, all players can use the spirit to level up one's genie(s). it's a win win situation for both the company and players.

i know for sure that i will buy such item as my barb is struggling to level up even the most important tank skills and no humanoid skills.

can we get a discussion please

Oh come on, not another one of these items that would make cash shoppers excessively powerful. Seriously, cash shoppers have so far been given everything they need to powerlevel the living **** out of their characters with Scarlet Fruits from JJ until 30, from where you can pick up Oracles.

With this thing, you could have low level characters that have all of their skills and a good cash shopper would have all of their skills at lvl 10, which would create a huge imbalance towards those who do not cash shop.

Now I wonder when is someone going to suggest an Instant Level Up cash shop item that gives gets you instantly to the next level no matter where you are at the moment. 10 Gold each anyone?
If you disregard what I say because of who I am or because of the contents of what I said, you are a fool.

It would be a good addition, you can already buy spirit though (but in small amounts) by buying badge of bravery from people. Those are 8k spirit. Also, keep in mind it's a relatively short window where you lack spirit more than coin so the window where this would be useful is fairly low making it an unwise buy. By early into level 101 you'll have earned enough spirit over a characters lifetime to have bought every skill (including sage/demon versions), plus have had a few million spare for a genie. Atleast that's true of Clerics and Venos. Didn't add up other classes but I doubt it's much different.

I actually wouldn't mind that too much. It'll be fun to kill level 100+ noobs that can't play their class (I'd get slaughtered by the real level 100s though).b:laugh

seriously, it sucks that you can't get all the skills you want. actually, it sucks that you can't even get all the essential skills up to date.

i'm a pure tiger barb thanx to that, not that i'm complaining about tiger mode being inferior, i just want to have the flexibility to go to humanoid and use skills to help DD when i'm not tanking

at the moments, i don't even have all the available humanoid skills at lvl1 and only the really essential skills like hp buff, flesh ream and axe mastery are up to date.

    1 word, grind.

If you feel you lvl up to much, die a couple of times, or feed your genie exp so you can catch up with your skils

ive got a lv68 barb who so far hasnt had any problem getting new skills. A cash shop spirit orb wouldnt be a good idea at all. Not only would it create more of an imbalance between characters who cash shop and those who dont. But it could also help ruin the economy even more because people could buy spirit orbs and use the spirit to level genies/sell genies very quickly, floading the market with more overpowered items for everyone to complain about. If you having problem with not having enough spirit, learn to grind. You wont always have enough quests each level to level up. Soon enough you'll see that spirit isnt the overall problem with getting skills.

Skills are restricted by level and Spiritual Cultivation so not sure how this is possible.

I think it means more that a CS'er would have both the funds and the excessive spirit to buy every skill as it becomes available, instead of waiting, grinding, etc like most of us.

Edit: And for the record, the idea is just as horrible as an "exp orb", mostly for the same reasons.
Not to mention you could crank out genies of any level up to yours like nobody's business.

Barbs get more than enough Spirit to choose between leveling all their tiger-form OR all their humanoid-form skills. It's only when you try to dual-build that you run low on Spirit and have to start prioritizing your choices. What you're asking for is to not have to make a choice.

Personally, I don't think it "sucks" to have to make choices in the game. Having a limit on Spirit is one of the ways the game lets players choose how to customize their build. If there's no limit, then everybody ends up with the exact same skills, and an RPG where everybody is the same kinda sucks.

i dont see whats wrong with an exp orb
that's pretty much what the tokens of luck are - > oracles - > exp orbs

edit: oh wait i do see whats wrong with that

hmmm Spirit orbs to give you more spirit...

    NO!

Thats the last thing we need... if you want spirit grind for it..

Looks like someone just got to the lvl where you finally have to start to pick what skills are the best and upgrade only them.

Don't worry you will have more than enough SP for all your skills in the 80s.

You do realize that any item the cash shoppers can get, can also be resold for in-game coins, right? Cash shoppers have no advantave over non-cash shoppers in this game.

That said, I am still against the idea, even if you can almost do that now with oracles and fruit, but at least with oracles you have to kill something.... (and wait in line in case of the oracle Is)

There's already no limit to how much spirit one can have at any level. All you have to do it lower your exp, either from you genie, or deaths. It might take awhile, but you can learn every single skill you have at any possible level if your willing to take the time to do so.

If you dont get enough SP from your Bounty Hunters and CS with Questing and Leveling then your doing something wrong , cause my lvl 42 barb can get all the sp he needs to lvl tiger skills with that alone -.- reevaluate how you get your sp and you'll get way more than you need b:victory

I wonder how many of the people that are lobbying for ways to supplement SP dumped all of their sp into their genie.
