I have sent URGENT message through the ticketing system, but no urgent response. I want a GM to read this and contact me while online. It appears my e-mail account to which my PWI relates has been hijacked. I need a GM to immediately contact me and tell me how to change my e-mail address attached to my account at PWI - I will be playing eitehr Malynka or Lidushka Chars on this account

Unfortunately the we cannot assist you over the forum with this issue. Sending a ticket was a good thing to do, but make sure you give us an alternate e-mail address if you cannot access your primary one, have you tried getting onto live chat? I'm not sure how busy it is, but it would be perfect for a situation like this.
