Whats the best wizard armor?

I'm a noob and I just wanna know the best weapons and armours availale for a mage at end game. Can somebody help?

    Go pure arcane & aim for something like this:
    Start off.. took me long time before I decide to sit down and write out this guide. I will also update it as time goes by till i quit PW. I do not play oracle/delphi. Instead, I am on 惊天 server, PW-MY-CN server 1. I am a lvl 101 heaven mage.

    Stats allocation (LVL 101):
    Str = 54
    Dex = 20
    Int = 450
    Hp = 53


    Basically, enough strength to wear armor/weapon, as much into INT as possible. Why do I put 50 points into hp? So as to make my hp ~ 8500 after buffs.

    Just best armor is Rank 8 gear. Rank 8 also has second best weapon. First one is of course warsoul. But If you can get rank 8 armor and weapon you will be the king.

    god I'm bored.

    the best armour is the armour that keeps you alive the longest with the best possible damage output. this means, the best possible armour is the one that is refined the highest.

    If you're a noob why in heavens name do you want to know what is best end game? Just play and see, you'll prob quit before 90 because it levels to slow...

    Yar just find a good faction and start leveling up. As you play you'll get an idea of whats good and such (just see what others are wearing)
