i feel like a fail b:shockedis there anyway i can turn tis around i was trying to do a Heavy+Arcane build but apparently its not working because my magic weapons are to low and the magic cost is really high
Please help me i dont want to start another charcater.

You can do heavy/arcane but you need a lot of +stat gear. That's why people say it's not viable until higher levels. If you want to do it at lower levels you need to use lower level gear and try to find stuff with -% requirement and +stat.

Either use that type of idea, or get stat reset notes (buy gold with money or with coin, at your level getting the coin would be really hard).

is it late to increase my Dex and mag to go LA?
cause i alredy started an LA characer but going through the quests again is really tiring.

I suggest you re-roll your character aftear reading the guides and defining what you would like. My archer has base 15 vit and 15 magic, thats a lot. I might live with the vit but not with the magic. I realized that at lvl 45ish. I didnt wanna re-roll. But now I can buy gold and get a reset note. For you its easier, just re roll. It wont take you more than a week to reach the same lvl again.

I keep my suggestion of rerolling. And yes, letting us know your class first is really important. You dont sound like an archer, but you could be either Barb/Wiz/Cleric/Veno/BM lol
