Pet skill question

Hi, I just started playing (after a bunch of research into the game, of course) and I'm planning out my pet line up and I had a couple questions. Are there any pets that start out with the Thunderbolt skill? If so, what are they? Also, are there any skills that look like a burst of light...or actually IS a burst of light?

    all of the foxwings come with thunderbolt and flesh ream i think u can tame them at lvl 34-60. 34 being the lowest lvl one 60 the highest lvl one. there isnt a skill that looks like a burst of light as far as i know...anyways hope this helps
