Unable to reinstall game

I am having 1 problam after another here, last week the new patch was giving me problams where i was unable to login to server until i reset default settings but this new patch i downloaded will not let me connect to server at all i have tried everything i have tried to reset default settings on firewall again and that did not work i have also verified the files and switched betweeen patch 1, and 2, i have installed east assian pack and uninstalled game. but now i am unable to reinstall game

THIS IS ANOYYING!!!!!!!!!!!! can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!! b:sadb:cryb:angry

    Me suggest you use an uninstallation program to make sure you get rid of all traces.

    Actually be careful you don't delete anything important. (>.<)'

    I see that you last logged in at 2009-10-05 09:34:55.

    I assume all issues are resolved, correct?
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
