make General Summers weapons refinable

Alexeno - Sanctuary

the three weapons you get from the Supply Stash at level 50, they are all unrefinable. i find this to be offensive, considering you must spend upwards of 1-2mil ingame (depending on gold prices), or $5 of real world money to obtain them.

i'm pretty sure i'm not alone in my feeling that these weapons should be able to be refined b:victory
