    Please review your network connection settings. See the networking help in my signature below.

    Let us know specifically what you have tried, what errors you got, etc.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    omfg this is making me mad. after 7 hours i still cant connect to PWI servers. i know its not my connection because i can play perfect on xbox, cabal, eve, CoH, and other games with no lag or d/cing.!!! >.<

    Same here. I hate this being my first message in the forums but I've tried clearing my cache, reseting my IP address, Working with and without Xfire... My Internet is fine, I've been playing this game for 2 weeks now and it's the only one that's been causing me issues ever since the last two updates, with it increasing after the last one b:cry
    Also forgot to mention I did get connected twice, but both were acting as "Disconnected from server" mode, meaning I was in-game, but no NPC's and users showed, and I couldn't do much but walk around.
    I'm on Heaven's Tear server, and I'm from Israel, too.

    I was on earlier today and now when i try to play i cant even get passed the launcher. It keeps saying select an update server and even when i do it says "Error Please select an update server"

    Can someone please fix this already? I haven't played in 24 hours, because of this issue. Since it's not just me who suffers this, I'm positive it's not a connection problem, and since It's Saturday, I'm unable to contact my ISP (012, in Israel) - which will tell me everything is okay with my connection.
