RB Gamma ?! :O

Alright, so.. I should be doing RB gammas (apparently), although i'm not quite sure how to go about doing it..

Can someone maybe link or post what exactly what the part of Barbarian is? What to do w/ certain mobs and bosses? How many charms i'll need?

Recently i've tried to get a squad together, but it's darn near impossible! Archers were hiding from me :o

I have:

9.4k hp buffed in tiger form
lvl 4 sunder
lvl 7-8 Roar (at school, can't get ingame)
lvl 4 freighten
Beastial rage
GENIE with alpha male(lvl4 I believe) and ToP (lvl7)
Gold hp charm with 485k remaining
Lots of gamma orders
Redbull
