What should I do with refine?

1. both +6
2. belt +7, ignore cape

    funny how some people (MD) are allowed to flame, post in the wrong sections (MD this should be moved to mage sec) and talk about other games (again MD) and they get no sort of admonishment. while other **** to loud and are publicly humilated.
