    Good luck on your test.

the rubber banding isnt a glitch.

It was explained on the Jade Dynasty forums that when you fall off a hill the game registers you as going to fast so it says "hold on" and brings you back until it catches up and registers you.

Basically one of the GMs there stated that its a minor problem that would take alot of main code reworking to fix aka alot of work for a minor issue that only takes a minute or so to resolve itself.

idk if ur new, but rubberbanding never was a big problem til a recent patch came out. After that patch, if u try jumping and flying too fast you get stuck in a loop. This isnt just when you fall down a hill.

Edit: since the last patch, I dont get this problem as often as I did, but it still happened 2 times on my WQ.

They used to also have a delay for when flying mounts appear from when you press the button. One of the updates made it instant, but the code did not work with this. You'd end up stuck in the same spot for quite a while, or would have to hit the fly command again while moving forward for it to register about 2 seconds later. The patch before the last one reverted it back to the older way, removing alot of rubber banding. So issues that are able to be fixed with regards to lag and rubber banding ARE being addressed as we go along.
