Should i tame torgim brave.

HI folks i was thinking to tame a torgim brave.Iam lvl 32 and i can easily tame it. my friends were telling that torgim brave is the combination of crystalling magmite and volcanic magmite.I need to verify tha should i tame it?

Tame what makes you happy. But keep in mind there could be a reason why you don't see that many venomancer's with them.

Taming is free, so just go for it. Try it out. if you like it, use it, if you dont, sell it for 1 coin to the nearest npc.

Murava - Sanctuary

The Brave is a good alternative to levelling a magmite if you haven't already caught one. The stat difference isn't really an issue, and it does come with higher skills. I personally use one, and it has always served me well.

Best way for you to decide is to look at the pet stats for both Torgim Brave vs Crystaline/Volcanic Magmites. Take the skill that you think you will use most and multiply that with the damage that the pet will deal.

For eg. at Lv 90.
Crystaline Magmite has base damage of 3240
Volcanic Magmite has base damage of 3234

Lets assume you use BASH skill as default grinding/hunting skill: At max level 5, it deals 200% of pet's physical damage.

For Crystal Magmite that would be: 200% x 3240 = 6480
Volvanice Magmite: 200% x 3234 = 6468

However, I could not find the stats for the Torgim Brave at Lv90, but I will assume that it has less physical damage output as compared to the lowest level magmite of it's class (generally the case for most pets).

If you want to go for damage per second, stick with crystaline/volcanic magmites.

If you feel like you need the extra skills of the torgim brave or don't want to spend coins buying tame books to level crystaline/volcanic magmite skills.... then stick to torgim brave.

Generally speaking any time you level a pet up from a lower starting level the better it will be @ the higher level. (Keeping to the same "type" of pet) in this case the Rock Golum types.

I have a C.Mag that has served me excellently since my early levels, and it is with me still.

A pet can be a very personal thing for some. Some of the best advce I was given was to try it out and see if you like it and it fits your style of play, the cost to hatch it and feed it is minmal, as you can grind coin really well as a veno.

But the numbers are out there, the discussions have been had and re-had...
the general consensus is in favor of the C.Mag over the Torgin, but you are the only one who gets to make the decision to keep it or not. Try 'em out and see.

Also as a side note: You may need to look at your choices differently if you PvP or PvE, It may have some bearing on your descision/s, with regard to which skills each of the pets have.

I am seeing more and more Venos with T-Brave on Sanctuary.I guess once the gold get down they may buy a herc but for now all they can afford is what they have and this makes good alternative.

SoF needs to come down in price if there are to me more herc Venos.
