unable to change my avatar

hiya ..
for some reason i am unable to change my forum avatarb:cry
my main character in game is a veno on sanctuary
however i created a an archer as my first character on HT (i dont know if that effects things in anyway)
now im trying to get my forum avatar changed to reflect my veno on sanctuary but it shows up as ?
here is a pic of my avatars

as you can see the picture doesnt look exactly the same as that posted by the mod with regards to changing the avatar some buttons are missing

could some one please shed some light on this ? b:thanks

    loool is that you slayer b:victory , I have no idea why your avatar isn't showing , im having the same problem with my signature image, I just made one and it is not showing, help plz anyone? :P

    After clicking on your veno's avatar, you still have to select which type of veno you want for it to show up.

    well thats just it .. nothing happens once i click the avatar.. it just redirects me to the homepage of the forums :\
