pheonix flesh realm 4 requirements?

I was wondering what the nix flesh realm requirements were? I thought i had to be level 60 to get it and im level 64 but it wont let me? I've got the pet skill book i was wondering if i had to get more spirit? i have 200k spirit so i thought i would be covered. Does my nix have to be level 60?

    Your PET must be lv 60 to get to lvl 4 of any wkill

    and lv80 for lv 5

    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.

    Technically, you DO have to be level 60 since you can't use pets above your level.

    um silly question but sometimes people overlook it, do you have flesh ream lv.3?
