Wind and Snow quest ?;..;?

i've been on this quest for a while now, Wind and Snow. im on the Ashes to Ashes part, it says:
"Lin's body is still lying in the Forgotten Frostland. Please bring it back."
item requiered: Mysterious Pendant

the quest description doesn't help much ._. been searching for a while nao... : /
