lanching and verifying errors

The game will cut off in mid launch and will say report bugs I have reported bugs plenty of times but no improvement has happened probally because i dont know what a role name is and dont know mine, another problem is if I try to verify the problem it will close and say the patcher had to close because of problems can some please helpb:surrenderb:sadb:crythanks

Your installation might have gotten corrupted.

Have you just installed it or have you been playing before and this is a new issue?

If you just installed it, try reinstalling and using the manual patch, THEN verify from the launcher.

I've reinstalled it twice with no change but the verifyer told the was an error during the launch sequence before cutting off

I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer. Go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:
