no lvl status shown on rankings, what gives?

Hi there, ive noticed this for several months and im curious now as to why my character and his lvl are not shown on the rankings for sanctuary. The lowest lvl to be shown at rank 50 is 98 yet im lvl 100 and not on the rankings list, why is this?

    Looks like they have been updated. I have noticed though that seems as though one day they are updated then a few days later they seem to go backward.

    Something else I noticed just a few minutes ago when looking... Each server has a level 105 added to the top of the list. What are these names added for? I play on Dreamweaver and TieuLongNu has been on top of the list for awhile now. Now all the sudden there is a level 105 that magically appears at the top of the list. I checked each server and it seems there is a new (factionless) name at the top of every server.
