genie system changes...

They changed the requirments for Genie skills and said that the Watcher will give stones so we can make my genies work again... but the watcher gives nothing and because of the changed affinities i cant use tree of protection and other skill wich name i forgot...'
If the Watcher is giving stones then how to get them?
If he's not what should i do make a new genie? b:surrender

The reset items were only until the most recent maintenance and he gave them as a quest.

You can get a new genie from the Watcher with 3 Mirage Celestones.
