Anyone else going bald?

I've been noticing a problem that's been getting more and more prevalent within the game. I'm running the game at full graphics (have tested both windowed and full screen mode) and myself and other characters seem to go bald at times walking, swimming, flying (or even on the login screen as 2 of my characters show up bald when they aren't). Anyone else having this same problem?

    The stress of fighting water mobs causes my character to lose all of her hair.
