Quick Question

I cant seem to find it via search, so could anyone tell me, why are FBs being refered to as BH on these servers? Did they recieve a name change?

Well no FBs are still FBs, but BH refers to the Bounty Hunter quests, that require you to go to FBs

What level do I need to be to start taking those kinds of quests on? And is this a feature unique to PWI?

Vidish - Sanctuary

For FB, level 19+
For BH, level 40+

QTKyuubi - Sanctuary

Bounty Hunter quests start at lvl 40
I can't speak for the uniqueness of this daily quest as I just don't know

I meant the bounty hunter, is it unique to just this version of PW @_@.

FB usually means that it's a level 19/29/39/51..... that is doing it for their quests and has tabs.

BH usually means a group of people who are running though one of the instances that you do for your FBs. Sometimes people will do both if it's one of the FB's that is generally done wined and someone has tabs. For example a group might go to wraith gate and complete it for their BH quests and use the tabs while they are there.
