A spot that crashes you?

My husband and I have a problem he left off at Tusk Town cords 461,347 and for some reason now when he goes to log on to his main it crashes him. He can get onto his other people on the same account but as soon as he tries his main on the black screen saying "entering perfect world" it crashes and sends a report bugs I went to the same spot and left off on the same mount (ninetail) and logged off fully and then tried to get back on Now I cant get into my main my only account KitraAZ...we did send the bug report but anyone else have this problem? is there a way to reset your position while not being on the game?

    Please try a verify from the launcher and/or holding down the "W" button while logging in.

    Yep. My client also often crashes in Tusk Town. : (
