dye full fashion set with Random pigment

Is that working ?

whenever I tried to dye full set I got black .

I spent 12 Gold to dye my full set black and got balck again. I feel its just wasted.

is it true that random pigment is not random and base on your pc ?

GM live chat is not working.. and i feel bad that i just wasted on dye that not even single color changed .

Please explain why ?
