Character deleted??!?!?!?!

ok i just came back from a month or two break from Perfect world. On my account was three chracters one lvl 15 one lvl 6 and one lvl 39. I logged onto my account to find that none of my characters where there. I shape where the characters ussually posess was empty and my only option avaliable was to create a new player?

I would like to know what happened to my characters. If they were deleted due to inactivity, even though i had a lvl 39 character i will be quite annoyed.

Please note anything that could help bring back my characters or solve why they have disappeared. b:shocked

    if it helps the name of my lvl 39 character is SorrowSweet.

    Try switching servers and ticket to support.Don't double post use the edit button.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    Run a verify from the launcher, and make you're sure on the right server (sanctuary, according to your avatar).
