my humble request for a new siggy

well now, as you can see by my current siggy, i really suck in the artistic talent department b:surrender

so, i'm curious, is there anyone else who can create the same type of siggy as i currently have? specifically, put a animation into the static image

if so, can you create a new siggy for me? and what would you need for it?


the reason i'm asking, is because i can't remember how i did mine, but i remember it was hell for me to figure out... and since i've given my character a makeover (she looks nothing like my siggy pic anymore) i need a new one b:chuckle
