No dice in cube

Was in Room 12, got marked Death, went to Room 11(jail), got quest and waited.
When time was up, I checked my inventory, NO DICE and NO PUZZLE. Tped to first room cause I was stuck.
Now I can't cube TODAY again.
And yes, I had and have plenty of dice tickets on me.
Luckly I just used 3 tickets, but I want to cube again.....TODAY, not another pwi day!
Opened ticket in support, contacted GM ingame, but I have a feeling this will not be taken care of in time to do cube TODAY again! So, will I get an extra cube run another day to compensate for this bug?

Unfortunately I do not believe we can compensate for this, as it is a bug that only happens intermittently. You did the right thing sending in a ticket through the website though, I know our GMs will be able to assist you with getting this resolved b:victory
