That by now the patching from 166-192 would be fixed. I've read through pages of tech support, submitted a ticket, and nothing has helped so far. The ticket just explained what the thread said. There are tons of people that simply can't play because the patching isn't working. So I would love to as to why there are no help or anything. Obviously there is a bug or something preventing a lot of people from patching and playing this game. Why not make a download available for v192. I see that only v166 is available so you could probably make a 188 version available to get around the patching issues.

    Have you tried the manual patches?

    Have you checked your network settings?

    Have you enabled the East Asian Language pack/Simplified Chinese?
