Why Can't I Play...??? Help Me Plz

Hi, I signed out to go take a shower and when i can back and tried to sign in it said, "Your current client program is too low, Please exit and update."b:sad

I updated it 3 times b:cry with both of the 9/23/09 Patches and its still saying, "Your current client program is too low, Please exit and update."
I dont know what to do... Anyone know what i can do.??b:surrender

    Try exiting and updating.

    There are 2 patches you have to click verify then pick the second patch.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    I did, I did it like 3 or 4 times and its still saying the same thing.

    Then you might want to download the patch manually and install from the .exe.It would be best to get this answered in the Tech forum or support.

    You know when you Open the PerfectWorld icon on your desktop and a breifing comes up that gives you the options of Start, Update Upd Setting.... it says click Start, but then when i put in my username and password "Your current client program is too low, Please exit and update."<
    this pops up.

    I dont know what else to do, i downloaded both patches directly from the website and its giving me the same response. Whats the website to write up the ticket things again, i forgot...b:surrender

    Where it says support up there to the right and it would of been better to have mod move this instead of making a new thread in Tech forum.

    You sure you downloaded the right patch take screenshot of the log in screen.

    did you do a verify yet some file in your patcher might be corrupted
    its impossible to always do the right thing we all make mistakes i am not different from that
    just try to be a good person

    english isn't my native language so there might be a few spelling/grammatical errors in my posts

    Making many threads with the same issue is not going to get it resolved any sooner.. ATM it's 0 : 49 AM Pacific time, there might not be any Admin/GM's online.

    If you've installed a fresh copy of the game, you need to repatch. Have you tried the automatic patching.. it should get you all the patches in order..
    Make sure all game instances are closed when trying to update..

    Provided you have correctly uninstalled the game. Redownloading and installing is not bad. although probably a waste of time.
    try turning off PWI and going back on.
    I'm not 100% sure but it seems like you didn't bother to update the patch.
    Try restarting your computer if that doesn't work.

    i hade the same problem before what i did is i just made sure that i have the latest patch and i made sure its running as administrator for win vista and win7 users of course and then i pressed verify and it worked with me i hope it will work with you 2
