Items in Chat Window

I have noticed when people are trying to sell stuff through the chat window they just write the item name and how much they want. would it be possible to drag the item your selling into the chat window so that others may click on the item and see the stats of the item being sold. some newer players do not know all the items and stats / requirements for use.
