Your Recharge Zen system is not working

Maybe i should post that in the suggestion section, i dont know, but your recharge zen system is not functional, it looks like this game is run by clowns and im not a big fan of circus.

Very fast to move the post and to point out "disrespect", but no mention of solving the problem. Clowns will be clowns.

I just personally have had this confirmed internally and externally and there is nothing wrong with the system at all. So, if you are receiving an error, please post the exact error you are running into. Oh and by the way, no one works here by the name of "Bozzo" so no, we are not run by a bunch of clowns and if you need help, you should tell us your real issue before you insult our company. From our logs, you haven't made a purchase since 9/13/09.

actually i can verify the issue with the gold recharging system. i've attempted 6 times today to purchase gold from google checkout (which according to my friends in game is usually an instant transaction). i waited 3 hours with no confirmation email, fell asleep and recieved the email which had a verification cancellation email that was sent merely an hour later.
i submitted a ticket, no response for 4 hours. so i attempted yet again, and surely enough 5 hours later still nothing. i submit yet another ticket and have yet to recieve any verification.
so... if "clowns" is the going term for your billing employees, then i am forced to submit to using this term as well.

I hate to admit it, but whats fair is fair, looks like i was the clown in all this, the problem was on my side, some windows registry mess that happened when uninstalling another program. Sorry for lashing out b:surrender

I bought zen using google as well on Saturday, I got proof that the transaction is complete and the money is no longer in my account, but yet i CAN'T transfer it to the server or submit a ticket so someone PLEASE help.....

Your issue was because you attempted multiple times to pay with Google Checkout in which you hid your email address. All 4 attempts afterwards were canceled by Google Checkout with the following message:

"For your protection, Google cancelled this order. The transaction was considered fraudulent."

So again, not clowns, you guys should ask us first before you attempt to slander the company. There is always an answer to your issue, you just have to ask a question to get the answer.

Your issue is being looked into. Please stop opening posts all over the forums because you are making it more difficult to help you by putting your problem in many different threads. I have to take time to respond on top of actually looking into your issue so the less you spam the problem, the faster we can help you.
