Ridiculas Wth???

Sorry to everyone who may start to read this, but just wanting to say that this is ridiculas...what is you may ask....well...I log on right before the mount extravaganza is about to be over...20 MINUTES to be exact, and i have my ZEN charged and ready, The server Time on website said 20 minutes before 1am...., now what really pisses me off is that I see the Mount I wanted , the HELL HOUND to be exact and click to buy with my Gold, but guess what happens...An error Occurs saying It wasnt there, I wasnt charged anything...but I wanted that Mount....I close the boutiqe and re open it and try again...Error Occured....so i thught hmm must of dced...I re log in and same message occurs...2 mins l8r The MOUNTS ARE GONE OFF THE PAGE....How in the world Is This far to some players who buy gold and want the get the mounts. And dont use the deadline stuff on me please...Some people are way to busy like my self this week, and i finally got a chance today, what i wanna know is why did the error POP up so many times and when i try to get a gM to message me nothing happens >_>...ALl i want is the mount and I'll EVEN PAY the GOLD, but first i just want to know why was i unjustifiedly unable to to buy something, when I have rights to buy o.O

    YES I did, I had 103 Gold on me at that time, now currently 96

    But Yes In my Server and yes On my character,

    I want a Gm to PLEASE talkt o me and tell me why it happened

    Best advice I can give you, sell all your gold at current inflated prices. Depending on your server your 40 gold could work out at around 18 million in coin. Next buy a tele or two and send a world chat "Buying Hell Hound, paying 18m, pm me please". I can pretty much guarantee that will get you your hellhound.

    Yes they were most likely already in the process of removing them from the shop, and you were trying to buy them at the exact same time. All that can really be said is try to at least buy stuff an hour or so before the sale is over....not 20 minutes. That is cutting it just tooo close

    i'm pretty sure, in a case like this, the GMs will hook you up, especially since they can just look at your zen charge logs and see you had the gold on your character before the event ended.

    I hope I can Still pay for it, I am a fair person. The thing is I dunt know if it was a lag or problem but I was happy when i saw i had time to buy it. I had zen at that time and i saw the mount. but errors were the thing that stunk alot D=
    hope It some how gets fixed in the future in case anyone else might have same probelm
