Level five crafting

Hi, I have completed level four in all my crafting and have the books for level five. I don't know where to go to craft level five stuff? All my blacksmiths and tailors say I am at level five but only offer level four stuff to make. I searched the threads but can't seem to find the answer.

    Go visit cities with rank 8+ items.Try Sanctuary which is really near to Archosaur for example or since you're lvl 60 you next quests are gonna be in the wraith swamp.All the towns there offer higher rank manufacture.

    Given your level, I would suggest checking out Tusk Town-> Dreaming Cloud -> Whetstone Keep -> Dreamweaver Port. They should all offer you items you can craft at your level. =3 All you need is to have the mats available.
