double dipping?

if Nsync is acknowledged CQ alts, isn't that a bit unfair that both guilds are allowed to attack land at the same time? they would be possibly able to gain 2 lands a weekend like they did last weekend? further destroying the possiblity of anyone else owning land. GM's please clarify if it is ok to make a guild of alts and attack lands while your guild of mains is also attacking for land. if this is practice is within PWI rules then i apologise for the thread. thanks in advance
