Missing out on Fb's

OK...First off. I am a lvl 47 Barb, whom got caught up in that damn veno/barb culti bug. Which in itself was the most frustrating thing in the world. I was lvl 33 be4 the bug was even fixed. People were referring to me as the two skill wonder. Well PWI thankyour for fixing the bug, but now i have a few issues. I recieved my culti's which was cool, But i didnt recieve my fb 19. I did however eventually recieve fb 29 after catching up 35 quests =/. The fb 19 isnt my concern, its the fb 39. Im lvl 47 like i said, all my quests are up to date , including culti. Why havent i recieved my fb 39 tabs? WTF is going on here? Pls inform me as to what is happening.
