The Best Genie for a Cleric?

Title says it all. Or is there a best genie at all? Are they like pets and rely on their skills (mostly) to be good?

I want to know because I want to use a wind one rather than an earth one. It would fit my character better. And I want to name her Holy Bell. b:chuckle

    I'm not sure the answer..but I don't think you can name genies O.o if it's able to be done, I'd like to know how
