Anyone else missing items from wardrobe?

Hi, curious to see if anyone else has had a problem with missing items from their wardrobe. I had 3 items go missing, and in their place are duplicates of items I already have. I submitted a ticket, but figure might get help this way also. I really hope I can get my items I am missing. I want my white chipao back!!

    At 1st I thought I was **** sicne stuff went missing, but then another set appeared >_<

    Yeah I got duplicates of the items I was already wearing. :( I changed out of my white chipao, lavender summer camp skirt and black yakata heals. And in their place was the same outfit I had changed into. I had changed outfits right before server maintenance. And I guess it messed up what I had. :( I didn't catch the change till last night when I went to change clothes again.

    I duno when it happened. but i noticed it after Sanctuary server went down a few days ago. :/ Lol I thought smb stole my pants XD

    Submited a ticket, but duno how they will resolve this.

    Ah, how come it didn't happen to me? I'd love to dupe another set of Christmas outfit I was wearing. PWI can have the other **** back.b:surrender

    I've submitted a ticket, and so far no response what so ever. Going to give it few more days, since it is the weekend. Just really hope I can get the items I lost back.

    Do all of you guys have pass codes on your wardrobes? I saw this thread and immediately checked mine, and it was fine. I hope this works out for you guys!

    While we are looking into it, can you all reboot your PCs, and then re-log into the game?

    Can you also try running Verify on the game launcher screen?

    Let us know if that helps.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    I have rebooted my computer, and I have also reinstalled PW. I am on Heavens Tear server. And I still do not have my items. Was talking to a friend, and he told me that the game probably does periodic saves. He thinks what happened was I switched clothes, I had the Sunshine Blouse, Sunshine shoes and the skirt wrap in my wardrobe and then put it into my back pack, and took the clothes from my character, the white chipao, black yukata shoes and the lavender summer camp skirt back into my wardrobe and the game then saved the items in my bag. So the chipao, shoes and skirt did not get saved. So I ended up with 2 sets of the sunshine blouse, shoes and the skirt wrap instead.

    I still have no heard from the ticket I summited on this issue. Maybe tomorrow I will hear something I hope.

    I think its to early to say. Probably working on it but yet no fast solution. I think the ID for item got messed up with allocation of items? Or just a temp. memory is messing with the server? Anyway since there are still problems with some servers atm, its not on their top list...
    If i m trolling and spamming on forum...then i cant sleep and need a good laugh

    Right before the Sanctuary server came back up, a keylogger was maliciously inserted into the launcher. Some accounts with no pass codes on their wardrobes were burglarized.

    Checking in to see if any of the moderators who said they were going to check into this issue has heard anything. I still have not gotten a response to my ticket. I would like the items back, especially the white chipao. That cost a fortune to get. And to replace it will cost me 2-3xs more now with the cost. Anyways any form of response would be appreciated. Especially before this happens to someone else.

    I have been experiencing random disappearances of items from the bank, from inventory, and from equipped and it's not anyone getting into my account because I watched when the Element stones in my bank (34) changed to 4 (the amount that I was putting in from my inventory) and granted I can just go out and get more, but the point is they disappeared, now as of today the Manta that was equipped on my Veno has disappeared I used it yesterday and logged into today to find not only the manta gone but also the icon for fly was also gone from the quickbar.

    How many things have people lost and didn't realize that it was gone, I have noticed that something was missing but couldn't quite put my finger on what it was since my bank was full the previous time I accessed it and now there is an empty spot.

    if this continues to happen then I will probably stop playing PW because I can't trust he game.

    Please don't bump threads that have been inactive for over a month. If you see a topic that is relevant to you, please post a new thread instead of resurrecting an inactive ones.

    Please submit a ticket regarding the issue you are experiencing. There have not been many reports of similar issues recently, so we would like to look into it if you would like to open a ticket.
