Free Zen Offer Burden of Proof

After my recent encounter with Gambit over a case of me registering for an offer might I suggest that the burden of proof be placed on them instead of us? We can comply fully and totally to thier every wish and desire even copying entire emails into their cases only to be given a "sorry SOL try again later. no Zen for you!" I can't move forward cause I don't know IF I did something wrong and they have basicly stopped me. Meanwhile I am regsitered with this company that now can use my info all they want for free. I'd be happy to complete the offer if I missed a valid step but I can't do anything now.

    We are slightly unsure of what you are talking about so can you clarify what the issue is that you are having?

    Gambit will process all of their offers on their own and do note that they are the middle man between you and the offer itself. Anything involving the offers done through them would be handled by them as well. Since I highly doubt you got an actual response of "sorry SOL try again later. no ZEN for you" (Seinfeld reference?) I just need you to explain what you mean by burden of proof and maybe I can help you shed some light on your issue.

    Snuggles I already sent a notice thru support but basicly the provider asked me one question and then said sorry can't help. I'd qoute them but my work place conciders only gambit to be a inappropriate website. The convo went:

    Me: I'm not getting zen
    Gambit: have you filled this out before?
    Me: not my knowledge
    <week goes by and a ticket to PWI>
    Gambit: they can't verifiy you did it. Can't give you zen.
    Me: <pasted entire email to them saying I registered.>
    Gambit: they can't verifiy you did it. Can't give you zen.

    Correction I found what was said by the Gambit staff:
    Me: I'm not getting zen
    Gambit: "Hi. Has anyone used the same internet connection to complete this offer or another offer by this advertiser? Also, have you ever completed this offer, or an offer by the same advertiser on another website, application, or with another Offer Provider?"
    Me: not my knowledge
    <week goes by and a ticket to PWI>
    Gambit: "Sorry, but the advertiser was not able to confirm your offer completion and we are unable to credit your account"
    Me: <pasted entire email to them saying I registered.>
    Gambit: "Considering the information we have now, we are unable to credit your account for this offer as the advertiser was not able to confirm your offer completion"

    ROTFL.... this is why i never do anything like that.

    Now if we got 1 or two zen here and there for our post on the forum i would be sooooo happy..... I love getting Zen for partiapating on forums but sadly.... no one wants to do that.

    Well most of my transactions have been very pleasant actually. Even the ones I had to follow up on were handled quite well. It's just the wording from this one seems shady. They could pull it out of a hat and use it whenever they wanted to deny anyone zen.

    I did the netflix and gamefly and gonna do the blockbuster one, and so far i only had 1 issue with the gamefly that the zen didnt show up.

    So i sent a customer support ticket via the Offer Status for the provider, waitied about a day or two and then i recieved my zen.
