Cant Connect To Server...

Well i just started to have this problem a couple of days ago, when I ever want to log in it would tell me that I cant connect to the server. Tried to re boot the game multitude of times and it still wouldn't let. In some occasion it would let me. I also tried going onto other severs to see if it has the same problems and its just "Lost City" and "Heaven Tear that are the ones I'm having problem but mostly "Lost City" since its the only actual server i really play in. So I'm wondering if anyone is having the same problem and if a GM could help me out also.
