Announcement : Heaven's Tear and Lost City experiencing difficulties

Hey all,
I'm sure a lot of you noticed the HT and LC servers are going through some technical difficulties. Don't be afraid if you don't see your characters on the login window. I will alert the GM's as soon as possible, so they can work on a fix.

    Isn't this the third or forth time this has happened to HT in the last few months?

    Poor HT and LC players....

    GM's should be on in, at the very latest, an hour and 45 minutes. I can usually get hold of one sooner though ;3

    So far DW is the only one that hasn't had a problem this week. Tuesday it was the East coast servers, yesterday Lost City, today HT... tomorrow???

    Here i was thinking we had at least 1 or 2 GMs in each timezone working. Isnt it office hours right now in PWI?

    Yes, it has happened before. The GM's took the same care in preventing a recurrence as they did in preserving a viable game economy. Enjoy.

    DW is an East Coast server, so according to your description, Sanctuary would be the only one not to have had problems.

    There's always unexpected game crashes in any MMO i've experienced. It happens. Just have to grin & bare with it. The only thing that frustrates me, is all other MMOs i've been a part of, had GM/moniters online 24/7. There was no "sorry, everyone is asleep now, hopefully they'll fix it when they get up". When running a service that's up 24/7, there should be support around 24/7.

    i was logged in and it wouldn't let me attack or use skills or talk to NPC's...this sucks FIX IT PLZ!

    Oh is it? I've never paid much attention after LC & HT since I wasn't starting over a 5th time... But yes, now might be the time for a little "preventative maintenance" to the one server that hasn't had issues this week..

    well looking at the time i cans see GM's getting too flusterd about this just yet .. after all like TW us in the UK Euro zone are the ones most affected .. bet its back up by 5PM sever time in time for the majority of US players log on ...

    ... time for a euro server and a few euro zone GM's me thinks .. nd maybe a TW time for us too 4AM is a killer lol

    Sorry, its even on their mission statement on their service page, PWI is meant to provide "North American" users with service. If you'de like Euro based times, you'd have to go to that craptastrophy that is PW-MS.
